Sukyi McMahon
Fmr. Executive Strategic Director, Austin Justice Coalition
"Andrew is a great communicator, organizer, and advocate. His commitment to social justice and drive for results comes through in all of his work. Andrew is not daunted by taking on the big challenges, and he really took the time to understand our goals and develop a winning strategy. Andrew earned our trust with his honesty, strategic thinking, coalition building, and attention to detail in breaking down large projects into actionable pieces."
Mike Siegel
Political Director, Register2Vote
"I enjoyed working with Andrew Dysert in my 2018 campaign for Congress, which shocked many observers by narrowly missing an upset of a wealthy powerful incumbent. The campaign was successful because a powerful field team organized across nine large counties, and Andrew played an essential role as our rural field director. Andrew built new coalitions in communities where Democrats have rarely campaigned; he engaged first-time activists and equipped them with skills and structure. I trusted Andrew as my voice in those communities and was well-rewarded."

In 2020, Austin passed the largest reallocation of public funds towards alternatives to policing in the US. Alongside the progressive criminal justice reform coalition, I architected a city-wide relational organizing program, surveying and organizing 24,400 constituents towards state, county, and municipal-level advocacy.
